For our client, a houshold name in the Geneva region, we are looking for a team-oriented, responsible and independent personality as a
- Provide on-site end-user support via the Service Desk and walk-in support kiosk
- Support Microsoft workplace environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365 and end-user devices
- Manage and support mobile devices within an MDM environment
- Perform IMAC activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and hardware repairs
- Provide dedicated VIP support for office staff and senior management
- Coordinate dispatch activities and external service providers supporting retail stores and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Fluent French and English are mandatory; German is an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation with a professional manner
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple support activities
- Willingness to work onsite in Geneva and occasionally at other locations
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work overtime when required
- Modern working environment
- Travel time to additional locations is counted as working time, with extra expenses reimbursed separately
