Ihre Aufgaben

Planning, coordination and implementation of the company-wide rollout of Windows 11
Carrying out hardware and software compatibility checks
Supporting users during the changeover and aftercare
Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
Documentation of processes and results

Ihr Profil

Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualifications
Experience in 1st & 2nd level support or in the IT support environment
Confident handling of hardware & software
Customer-oriented communication and high willingness to provide service
Knowledge of English level C1 necessary, knowledge of German or French level B2 an advantage
